For products that are printed on demand expressly for you, I don't allow returns. If there's an issue with your order, contact me right away and I'll make it right. For greeting cards, I'll accept returns sent back within 7 days of arrival. The packing sleeve must be unopened and the card(s) unused, in resaleable condition.
